The on-premise agent opens a single outbound connection through a secure outbound-only tunnel (WireGuard) to our cloud control plane. No inbound ports, no firewall rules to open.
Only miner telemetry — nothing else.
We read miner status, chip temperatures, hashrate, and power draw from the miner's own management interface. We do not scan your LAN, read host files, or route general traffic.
