Terms of Service

Acceptable use

• You may use ASIC Refinery to tune and monitor miners you legally own or have explicit authorization to control.
• You may not use the service to attack, scan, or interfere with miners or networks you do not control.
• You may not redistribute the SPA, agent binaries, or any portion of the platform.

Service level

ASIC Refinery operates on a best effort basis; we do not yet offer a formal SLA at this stage.

There is no formal SLA below the enterprise tier.

Enterprise customers may contract a formal SLA; contact billing@asicrefinery.com.

Payment terms

• Invoices issued monthly in arrears (after the month of service).
• $0.99 per active miner per month; first 5 miners free for the first 90 days from account creation.
• Accepted methods: BTC (native segwit mainnet) or USDC (ERC-20 mainnet).
• 30-day grace period on overdue invoices. Engine tuning pauses after 30 days overdue.

Termination

• Owner can pause or cancel at any time via the owner dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the acceptable use policy.

Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASIC Refinery's liability is limited to fees paid in the trailing 12 months.
• Mining hardware is operated at the customer's own risk; we are not liable for hardware damage from tuning operations.
