Privacy Policy
Data we collect
- Your account details (organization name, account owner email, billing email)
- Telemetry from customer miners (hashrate, power, temperatures, frequencies, voltages, error counts) collected over each customer's secure outbound-only tunnel (WireGuard)
- Billing records (invoices, payment receipts)
- Audit logs (member actions, configuration changes)
Data retention
- Hot audit log retention: 1 year
- Enterprise tier audit log retention: 3 years
- Billing records: retained for the legally required period (currently 7 years)
Data we do NOT collect
- Customer mining-pool credentials (kept on-prem via the agent)
- End-user payment-card data (we accept BTC/USDC manually; no card data ever touches our servers)
